Need Help on a 2018 Diamond Kings Bryce Harper Black framed card

Beckett claims black card is a 1/1
card dose not have a 1/1 stamp anywhere on either side of the card
is it black or blue?

I would say that one is probably the blue, Beckett will leave the actual serial number spot in the listing blank and just list the print run on some cards with low print runs.

I would agree with @gestes72. This product “blue” is more of a deep navy.
