These cards were included in a Nomar Garciaparra Collection that I purchased recently. I'm trying to figure out what the numbers of the cards are. Beckett has 5 different cards listed for Garciaparra...

-2003 Fleer 3D #8 Nomar Garciaparra

-2003 Fleer 3D #13 Nomar Garciaparra H

-2003 Fleer 3D #14 Nomar Garciaparra A

-2003 Fleer 3D #33 Nomar Garciaparra

-2003 Fleer 3D #57 Nomar Garciaparra

I have 4 of the 5. The only thing I noticed different about them is the little color dots on the bottom right corners on the back. I sent a message to the person I bought them from, but haven't heard anything. I also asked Ryne, our resident Nomar Super Collector and he was puzzled as well. Does anyone have a clue on how to tell what cards are what numbers?

According to SCD each blister pack contained five 3Dcards, one assembled and 4 unassembled. There were 18 different players issued and Nomar is listed as #4.

Craig,
Here is what OPG says if you look at the set
"This 72 "card" set was issued by Fleer late during the 2003 season and featured puzzle pieces which could be put together into a little statue of the player. The pieces came four "cards" and one statue to a package which had an $1.99 SRP. Please note that we are pricing the unassembled "cards" here. The set is broken up into 6 subsets: Sliding (1-12); Fielding (13-24); Diving Fielder (25-36); Left-Handed Batter (37-48); Right-Handed Batter (49-60); Pitching (61-72)."

Hope this helps with the numbering

Trish

Just a hunch here, but the way it's listed I'm venturing a guess you're missing -2003 Fleer 3D #14 Nomar Garciaparra A, probably in a gray road (away) jersey?

and just so you know, there were 5 different cards in each blister pack, it was not all one player. I just opened a pack I had on my desk to check, and got the Schilling that was assembled, a Griffey, a Tejada, a Pujols, and an A-Rod

the little booklet that comes with them explains what Trish just did
8 Nomar sliding
13 Nomar Fielding (Home)
14 Nomar Fielding (away)
33 Nomar diving
57 Nomar Rt handed batter
