Need Help with a 2010 Topps insert

Hey guys I need some help. This is a 2010 Topps CMT-57 insert. However, the name is not in color. It does not show up on the scan but you can see the Tim Lincecum letters on the card they just are not in color.

Is this normal for this card?

All cards that I have seen have the name is fully visible and not white.

This is a printing error.
