Need some help IDing some late 90s McGwires

Can anyone help me identify the make of the following McGwires? I am catalouging all of my cards that I have available for trade and my Beckett Quarterly isn't helping me.

1999 Upper Deck brand of some sort

46,68,69 with "Home Run Highlights" at the bottom

M1 "Mark on History"

All cards come from the 1999 Upper Deck Challengers for 70 set. The 3 cards are from the base set and book $1 each and the insert books at $4.
