Need some more help IDing some late 90s McGwires

All are 1999 with the Pinnacle logo on it. However there is no Pinnacle listed in my copy of Beckett Quarterly. Are these part of a Pinnacle base set? Or are they part of some other set made by Pinnacle?

#193 Naturals
#196 Field of Vision
