I've cleaned within the last 6 months or so all games, they work perfectly. I have the following(just carts):

-Karate Champ
-Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt
-Zelda II
-Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt/World Class Track Meet
-Gyromite
-Double Dribble
-Techmo NBA Basketball
-World Class Track Meet
-Al Unser Jr. Turbo Racing
