NFL Training Camp TTMs?

I want to send some cards to ex Dolphins fringe players on their new teams. I want to get them to their respective training camps before they get cut by their new teams. Does anyone know if teams will give them to the players at camp or should I just wait to see if they make the team and send to the normal team address?

I haven't tried, and I don't really ever seeing any successes posted from doing so. Regular team addresses - yes, but not training camp!
