They are all the result of some sort of printing/production flaw. You see things like this now and again, but the demand for them has to be there. Basically, if it is not a vintage variation or some super hot rookie, nobody seems to care about them aside from a few hardcore error/variation collectors. i recently opened a box of 94 Ultra and the foil logo was missing from many of the inserts. Most would consider the card "damaged", but some collectors may chase the cards, but nothing like a Thomas NNOF or a Gordon cut out.
