No Signatures in 2008 Topps Series 2?

Hi,
I probably missed the memo on this one,but did Topps have no-sigs in 2008 Series 2? I pulled a Matt Cain #480 without a signature.Does anyone know how many there are and what they are worth?I put a scan in my bucket,it will come right up if you hit the link below.

Looking at my Beckett Baseball Almanac, it should have a signature, as there is no variation listed.
