The year is 1959 and the Fleer company has issued
the "Indian Trading Card" set.
The question is this ..........
Can any member name the (living at the time) TV personality that was included in the set ?
Here's a scan of the card with the name cropped out ..........

Please no going to EBAY or GOOGLE for help,
Ken

Palance and Greene , I can see a resemblance , but not correct .
.
In my opinion , for this man to get carded in this set was quite a tribute to him.

Such as they are , I'll give a few hints .....
1st - the set came out in 1959 , so we're dated here .
2nd - the set was produced by the "Fleer" company ..... that's important !
3rd - I don't expect too many folks here , on the BENCH , to get this ...... remember , I said
TV personality , NOT national TV personality.
........
I'll post a nice link about this man later ....... hope I'm not the only one that saw this man's show , that ran for sooooo many years.
Ken

Not Silverheels .....
This personality has was on the air , continuously from 1951 to 1999 .
Not "Buffalo Bob" , but love the genre ,

You mean "Chief Strongbow ?"
Good guess , but incorrect .
additional hint ............. He was also a spokesperson for the "Brunswick Bowling Company" during his life .

There was a kids show in Philadelphia (Fleer hint gave it to me) that had a Chief but can't remember his name.
.
Way to go bonzomoretti !!! That's close enough .........
here's the link

.
If you look at the back of any of the cards(see Sept. Pick Up thread)you'll see his facsimile signature.
I'm assuming that he wrote(or at least approved)the information on the backs that explains each card.
