Please HELP 2009 Topps ?????????

I just got about 2000 or so of these unsorted and the info below has me confused. I am going to sort them out as soon as I know what I am doing.

COMP.HOLIDAY SET (660)
COMP.ALLSTAR.SET (660)
COMP.CUBS SET (660)
COMP.METS SET (660)
COMP.RED SOX SET (660)
COMP.YANKEES SET (660)

Those are all special boxes that Topps used for factory sets. Each one came with a special pack of cards that related to the theme of the box. I believe the Holiday and All-Star sets had a variety pack insode, but the team sets had rookies from those teams in the them.

No singles still looking through them though.Guess my wording did sound like I said sets though.
