Found some mid 1930's (I think) Red Ball gum mini pennants when cleaning out my mother's house a few years ago...not worth too much but fun nonetheless....

Is that a Bigfoot on the North Dakota pennant? I'd think that would be worth a fair amount just for the novelty of it.
