Post office help

Hey All...Happy New Year.

I traded with a guy on another site. He sent and gave me tracking number. He mailed from Pennsylvania on 11/26. I mailed to him shortly thereafter. After a few weeks went by I checked USPS and typed in the tracking number. since 12/4 it has said:

"Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."

It also says:

Moving Through Network
In Transit, Arriving Late

"December 4, 2022

Arrived at USPS Regional Facility
CINCINNATI OH NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER
November 30, 2022, 3:58 pm"

He called the PO and I went to my PO and we can't seem to get anywhere.....Anyone have any experience, or advice that I can do to push this along or find something out?
