Postage question

Hello,
I am new to the baseball autograph collecting scene. I live in Canada and would like to get a few baseballs signed TTM. What is the correct amount of U.S. postage required for the return envelope (bubble mailer)?

i use 5 stamps(forever) on the return envelope

Postage is all by weight. A 1st class parcel base price is 1.22 per, it is .17 per ounce up to 13.00 ounces. At 13.01 ounces it must mail priority.
