Posting photos

I'm having issues posting photo's on my threads. I click on the "insert image" tab and type in chavez.jpeg and then the only thing that posts is chavez.jpeg[IMG] with no photo? Can someone give me a crash course on how to properly insert an image?

Between the

.......theres a lot of missing information from image u are trying to post. The Site were your images are......there should be under the image codes that u use between the IMG codes. Best regards, David
