Not quite sure how many in the base set ... if I had to guess - 100. Receiving 2-3 base cards per mini box.... could be one heck of a hill to climb to complete this Barclay's Premiere base set. I would be willing to bet that there won't be just a whole heck of a lot of sets that will be completed...
The cards are well printed on thick stock and the design is good.
Overall grade A- would prefer to receive a few more base in the mini box...
Go buy several boxes and see what you pull!
