Pro Football HOF Cards?

I bought a collection and there are 3 packs that have been opened of these cards and about 15-20 more unopened. They are from 1991 from a company called ENOR. Anyone know anything about these or interested in them?

ENOR used to make plastic pages for the sports card albums. I wasn't aware of them doing a set, but then I found this:

Looks like they did some hockey too, I found an ad for a Messier

Cool. Thanks for the info. I am wondering if I should open the packs and try to make a set or just leave the rest unopened?
