Question about 2010 Topps Black

Hi all,

I have recently acquired a bunch of what I think are 2010 Topps Black cards. However, unlike previous years there is the "x/59" stamped on them. Can anyone tell me if what I have a truly Topps Black cards or are they some other parallel.

If there is a serial number stamped on them, they are indeed Topps Black. If there is no serial number, they are the Topps Wal-Mart Black Border Parallel.
