Question concerning Yankee team sets

Is the Mickey Mantle #7 card in Topps a part of the Yankee team set?

It is usually part of the team sets that I put together.

I don't build team sets but I would think it shouldn't be considered part of a modern day team set.

I bought the pre-packaged 2011 Topps Yankees Team Set and Mantle is in there.
