How much do you charge to ship 1 game used card to Japan?

i dont sell much on ebay any more but if your using the usps its quite easy to calculate postage on their website.

It COST $1.44 postage for 1oz...never had a problem with that country so far!

Only countries I have issues with are USA, USA, USA, France and Saudi Arabia!

Only way I'd ship to Japan is if they send certified funds or cash first. If they pay with paypal the only way to protect yourself is to send registered? I think. In most cases it's too expensive and simply not worth the hassle.
