I think this is the closest forum to post this question.

I have been on a collecting hiatus and have not bought a box in about 5 years.
I have no idea where the best stores are to get the most bang for your buck on boxes and cases. Should I avoid anyone?

Can anyone share their opinion?

Thanks!

Crap, I'll clarify in my post, but I was meaning what online stores/sites have the best prices.

Thanks though!

I like Blowout Cards a lot - also Baseball Card Exchange is one that I have been meaning to try and order from. I usually wait until Friday to order from Blowout as they do weekly deals that run Fri-Sun.

I don't buy boxes too often, but I'd recommend buying from Blowout Cards if you do, they always seem to have the cheapest prices and I've never had a problem with them.

Thanks for the tip!

I've never had much luck opening boxes. Prefer to use my money to buy specific cards that I collect. Ebay makes it easy to max out limited resources.

AtlantaSportsCards.com can sometimes have some sneaky good deals on older product from time to time. I've gotten some amazing hits from them too. Most of my larger online case purchases are from Blowout.

Another seller who I've busted some higher end with has been Chris from The Hobby Box - Cardsinfinity.com - He does a lot of YouTube breaks of his customer's boxes as well which are very entertaining to watch.

I've never quite understood that. Where's the fun in paying someone to bust your box for you?

I can tell you from my experience, it's just as fun having your cards busted that way as it is live. It's also neat having your box busted for thousands to watch and leave feedback. It's also a good outlet for trading or selling your pulls. I did a higher-end break through Chris, and when one of the best hits in the case came out damaged, it sure was helpful to send a link to the folks at UD to work out a smoother resolution. In a way, video breaks like this are a service to the hobby to see unfiltered outcomes from box breaks as compared to the showcasing of the best hits you find in most online forums. I often watch video breaks of a product to help aid in my purchasing decisions.

I do the exact same thing. I will watch a couple video box breaks of a product and determine if I want to spend my money on the product or not.
