Questions on 2021 Prizm baseball

I have the following questions.

1) Does anyone know anything about this card? Beckett doesn't have it listed.

Rookie Autographs Jose Garcia #RA-JG (REDS)

2) The card I have for Rod Carew is black and white. All of the other cards I have from the set have color.
Is this the only B & W card?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks butch

2) yes

All Carew are black and white per ebay and the Garcia isnt on released checklist but isn’t rare per ebay. About $10
