I just picked up a 2005 Locker Name Plate of Carl Pavano for my Pavano PC. Its something I have never had one of before!
Pickups have been slow, but that all changed with these two. Thanks to Butch for helping me land the Sheppard auto, a card I've wanted signed since 2005.

2006 Allen & Ginter Bazooka Back Andy Pettitte
Plus I picked up 40-50 less interesting A's cards for my collection, and the normal bargain bin trade bait like Topps Gold commons. The above three are available (PM if interested) but I will probably try my first BIN/Best Offer on eBay for the Chrome and Bazooka, it looks like set collectors go crazy for those two sets if you have the right card.

Richard was there a show this weekend?? So everyone, I just got back from my getting out of the Army vacation. We headed down to Texas and hit up Houston, Galveston, San Antonio and Austin. While we were there I hit up as many shops for Bagwells as I could and a show. Picked up a few things I'll post here.
While I was at a shop in Houston I was talking to the owner and he introduced me to one of his customers who was hanging out who just happened to be for the last 32 years the Astros Club House manager!! Awesome dude. I also got to see a a few Game Used items from Bagwell himself. 6 Jerseys, 1 Hat and 4 bats. I didn't pick any up but I will in the future with the shop. Great guys!
Also, I went to Jeff Bagwell Bobblehead night!!! BOOM!! I ended up with 7 of them, lol. Anyways, here is what I got.

Nice pickups Matt. I didn't go to a show, just finally made my way out to DJ's in Renton for the first time and dug through their quarter boxes for a couple hours while waiting for a jeweler to put together an engagement ring. Well that last part's a secret but I'm pretty sure my girlfriend doesn't read The Bench.
