Redemption question,need help

i redeemed a donovan tate auto in december,it has a shipment date of 5/11,but it still says pending? when should i expect it to come in? should i contact topps about it?

i have never done a redemption so i am not sure when to expect them to ship it.
 
I would probably just wait.

But honestly, they have customer service for a reason. You're a customer, and if you need service, I wouldn't think twice about calling. Can't hurt. Good luck!
 
You can e-mail too. Topps took 6 months longer than promised to ship me an Evan Longoria auto. I sent a few e-mails to Topps and they responded. In the end it worked out.
 
I got an email a few days ago about mine -

Dear Consumer.

This email is to inform you that the Topps Company is currently beyond the 15 week processing time allocated for the following redemption card:

XXXXXXXXX Bowman Draft Picks & Prospects Donavan Tate - Bowman Prospect Blue Autograph

Our staff is working diligently to process and ship your redemption card as soon as possible. Please continue to check your Online Redemption account for updates regarding the status of your card.

If you no longer wish to wait for the redemption card, please contact our Consumer Relations team in order to place a substitution request for a card of equal Beckett value.

I received the same "delayed" e-mail, but when I sent them an e-mail stating I would prefer a different auto I was told the e-mail was sent in error and the cards were ready to ship. That was in May. The Tate still shows a "pending" on topps.
