RTS - TTM in off season?

I'm just getting back into TTM autographs. I sent to 6 players at co/ Angels stadium a week ago. I got them all back RTS today.

Do the clubs typically not accept fan mail during the offseason?

Any thoughts?

It may just depend on the team. I talked to Derek Holland from the Rangers and he said the team forwards mail for some players, but I don't know if they do it for all of them or not. It may just depend on the playersm preference.
