I'd think it would be worth about what a cut of Aaron is worth. Extensive damage to the photo itself and it being a magazine page drops the value of the piece greatly below what a nice 8x10 would be.
The good thing is that the auto is on a clean, plain background and is a nice solid, bold signature. It would make an excellent cut.
Make up a decent custom card design and use the cut and it might be a $20-30 item.
