Stadium Club is one of my favorite issues each year. I like the feel of the card - feels like a glossy photo. Stadium Club has sharp high def pics and looks excellent. One can get a good start on a set with one box and theoretically, have a base set with as few as 3 boxes... in all actuality, it would probably take 5 or 6.... but hey, that's the fun in this hobby.
Stadium Club has rookies, vets, and even retired players such as Ted Williams, Randy Johnson, and Sandy Koufax. I personally like when the retired vets are added to a larger set - not so much on a 100 card set, but a 300 card set -- heck yes!
One will have a number of parallels to chase - foil, chrome refractors, black, red, to list the ones I received... probably a few more - including printing plates....
