So... I have been slowly working on the BTL Pirates sets... finished all of duffy including the Name Plate /5... finished Veal, close on McLouth, and have a good start on Gorz and Nyjer... anyways, Nyjer has some weird BTL autos... signing different ways... have some just signed "Nyjer", some "N.Morgan", seen some just signed PLUSH? But here is the one I just got in... what a inscription!



"DANGER is my Middle Name"! Love it

This one also puts me over the 1,250 DIFFERENT Pirates CERTIFIED autograph mark

That's an awesome card! I've become a big fan of Nyjer since he came down here to Washington. He's one of those players that plays the game the right way.

Also, according to Wikipedia:
"Morgan occasionally refers to himself as "Tony Plush", which he says is his 'gentleman's name'"

Ahhh.... makes sense now why he signed some cards that way I wonder if it is possible to complete this set with just his normal signature, lol... so far half of my cards are normal and the other half have some weird signature

I've never seen this before... like above, seen him sign PLUSH (now know why) several times... but this is the first... thinking maybe he did it cause of 35/35? Maybe he did that to all of them 35/35? Who knows... wish he was still in PGH... my sister works for the Pirates so I have her go digging
