Today brought two pickups from Robert(greatdad) an 87T Orlando Mercado and 91D Phil Plantier..Thanks again for the excellent trade!
Also, got a AA ball back signed by great baseball man, Jerry Coleman. Coleman has done a little bit of it all in the game. 4 WS titles as a player with the Yankees(including WS MVP in 50) then a long tenure as broadcaster with a brief stint as San Diego Padre manager in between. In 05 he was given the Frick Award by the HOF...oh and he also was in combat for 2 wars...quite the career for the now 86 yr old Coleman..
