Found this card in the quarter bin...plan on sending it for a TTM. Just curious if this is a Topps Tiffany card? I have never actually owned one as of yet, thanks for the help.
hi,
i have a 87 topps tiffany murray #120 bright back has a glossy front , if it has a glossy front it is. if it does not its a factory set card !
david
Yep, Topps produced Tiffany from 1984-1990 at their factory in Ireland. The cards were all on thin white cardstock and glossy on the front. Plain Topps factory sets were all printed on the same thick, grey stock as the regular sets.
The backs are a dead giveaway as are the glossy fronts. Many of the same era Traded cards also have the light colored backs, but are not high gloss like the Tiffany cards. Traded cards also have the "T" prefix to the numbers.
