Yes, the Whitt sig completes the trifecta on the '78 Topps, already signed by Dale Murphy & Lance Parrish. Whitt may not be the house hold name those two were, but he was a scrappy and fun player to watch. Probably explains why he was a Blue Jay so long. He literally was the heart and soul of that team when they were young and growing into contendors.
