For those of you getting ready to send out to Miller, may I suggest his autobiography. I have a signed copy of that book, as well as a signed copy of Bowie Kuhn's autobiography, in my collection. Miller wrote his book to coincide with Kuhn's, and they are great reads and an interesting look at the business of baseball during their era.
