Nice return, the baseball pride of Galesburg, IL (about 45 minutes from where I grew up).

He was a tremendous catcher. Just ask Fergie Jenkins about how much he liked pitching with Sundberg behind the plate. Sundberg was behind the plate for most of Jenkins' 25 wins in 1974, and 29 complete games. He was great with the glove and had a cannon for an arm.
