Todd Helton

I was looking through a stack of cards that has been on my desk and I came across a 1999 Topps with Travis Lee and Ben Grieve's autos. The third player on the card is Todd Helton - I would like to finish the triple.

Does anyone know if Helton signs, or charges?

I cad success with Helton last year. I sent my cards to the Rockies and got them back A few weeks later.
