Rooster - I need 574 Jim Bunning. What would you say is the condition? I should be able to hit a need or two of your '71 wants if we can find a match.

ok perfect. Bunning is not listed in my Beckett but is a semi star and shows at $8. I’ll try to find you a similar EX from your wants but maybe 1 or 2 cards.

I found these for you:
1971 Topps #72 NL SO Leaders (Seaver/Gibson/Jenkins) $4
1971 Topps #183 Gil Hodges MGR $4
No writing, creases or paper loss.

Hi Rooster,

I've recently come into a large lot of '71's. Various condition; however, many are in the Ex range or better. Do you have an updated needs list? Maybe I can help you out. I still need quite a few myself. I'm at about 70% in completing the set.

Thanks,

Jerry

I realize this list is quite extensive, so take your time determining in which cards you'd be interested. Once you have a list, I'll confirm the condition; however, most are at least EX.

Thanks,

Jerry

hey Jerry,
As you well know, the '71s are a tough set to get in decent condition, most of mine will be in EX.... would like to trade for any of yours that are EX+, I will compensate in trade w/ what you need. LMK if you have any like that. Thanks, Rooster.

Hi Rooster,

Sounds good. I'll start pulling them and setting aside the EX+ for you. I'll get back to you with a list.

Thanks,

Jerry

Hey Rooster,

I have quite a few from your list which I believe are in that condition; however, as I'm not that experienced in grading, I figured I'd post a pic of a representative sample for you to have a look. If you're happy with these, I'll send you a complete list.

Jerry

1971 so far.... Elliott Maddox Don Buford Jim Colburn Rick Austin Dave Campbell Johnny Jeter. Dave Baldwin. Von Joshua NL Batting NL SO Twins Rookies

Next, I like.... Wade Blasingame Bill Melton Fred Wenz Don Hahn Joe Decker Les Cain Rich Severson Jose LaBoy Phillies Rookies Mack Jones Jackie Hernandez Ted Abernathy.

Thank you again for the images, helps a lot.... it's looking like this list will easily surpass what I have for you, what are you thinking for trade? LMK, thanks, Rooster.

In addition to the '71's, I'm also in the process of collecting years '70, '72, 73', '74 & 76 so whatever you have from those years which you think is equivalent would be fine with me. I have almost no cards from those years, so I'd be happy with just about anything you have. I trust your judgement. Here's the last round of pics!
