So I found this in a box of cards I bought from a lady divorcing her husband(thousands of cards) its a Topps #200 Pete Rose w/ blue rings on back top name column along with every other misprint on the card. 1B-MGR.73 to 74 overlapping columns,off centered stats on back, blue line on front and then i notice the blue rings in the name column. Can anyone tell me anything about this card and what its potential value could be?
