Topps EQL

is there anyone that is familiar with Topps EQL??
I am trying to figure out how to register on this EQL site so that I can purchase hobby boxes.
it looks like certain boxes are selling on EQL and others are selling on topps.com
I don't see a link anywhere that will take me to the EQL site.
can anyone help me?

if anyone cares.....turns out, once you log into topps, it gives you an option right there to buy cards via EQL. it takes your Topps account log in info and applies it to EQL. then once you're in, you're able to purchase cards.
