Tuff Pull = Big Bust

Have you ever pulled a card/auto/insert or whatever that was considered pretty rare
only to have it turn out to be almost worthless ?
If I remember correctly , this was billed as " One Per Case !"
I bought a couple of packs at "Toys R Us" one day and this was in one of them ........
