No fee...but a pretty good letter...I mentioned how he took over(for 4 days) after Bobby Winkles was fired(the late Dick Williams eventually replaced the interim Herzog) and then about how Billy Martin(my nephews play little league ball w/ his grandkids) took over for him with the Rangers...small world
