UD Redemption Question

Hi Everyone,

So I just busted a box of 2009 SP Authentic baseball and pulled these:

By the letter BJ Upton #26 Auto Redemption
By the letter Dexter Fowler #716 Auto Redemption

And the stated odds are 3 Autos per box on Average...So I was the really unlucky one.

Now the big problem: I can't redeem them on Upperdeck.com!!!! I keep getting an error message. Does anyone have an e-mail to their customer service rep?

The expiration date on the redemption might be passed. That's the only problem with opening up boxes from a couple years ago. You could get some great autos but not able to redeem them. That's what happened to my cousin.

These are both still good until 9/2011

If the redemption deadline hasn't passed yet, then just give them a call. They should be able to get you your cards.
