I think there may have been one of those "little company" umpire sets from the 90s. I am not sure though w/o trying to find it in a guide. Not something that ever interested me, so I didn't pay close enough attention.

T&M sports did a set for I thought 2 or 3 years in the late 80's early 90's,.

I think the Sportscaster cards even had one devoted to the umpires strike

T&M, that was what I was thinking. They had black borders I believe.

There are other umpire issues here and there, but I was thinking full sets. The TCMA Baseball Greats PC set had a number of HOF umps (Klem, Hubbard, etc)
