I stopped at a local card shop today with one of my friends. They have a little rack of team bags with 30 cards a piece in them. The bags are 3/$1, so it's about a penny per card.
About half of the cards are junk wax, but there's some good stuff in them. One of the bags had mostly newer cards from the early 2000s.
About midway through that one, I was shocked to see this card fall out (keep in mind, these cards were about a penny a piece) :
