Is it this one: 60YOT-59 Albert Pujols, but with an original back?

That's one of those "60 Years of Topps Reprints" original back inserts. The Pujols represents the 2010 year of Topps.

It's probably an original back version of one of the 60 Years of Topps inserts.

Ahhh thanks guys. I didn't know they had Original Back ones. This was the only one I pulled like it. I was putting the base set together and I had 2 #100s but both were different and then I saw this one.
