What do athletes get paid by card companies for autos?

I've often wondered this, but never really looked into it. Does anyone know what the athletes get paid by UD, Topps, etc... for each auto they sign?

If you do, please provide some examples of different levels of players and what they make.

Unfortunately I cannot disclose that. I can share that if I got paid what even the low-end guys get paid for their signature, you would have a hard time getting the sharpie out of my hand.
