Having the redemption cards would make for a nice addition to a "Master" set. If I had every autograph in that set, I wouldn't mind having those redemptions as well. Neat novelty items.

It's like vintage checklists...everyone tossed them or didn't take good care of them, so a lot of them book quite high. Many wouldn't consider them a trading card, but they are often hard-to-find gems for set builders or player collectors.
 
Not sure if it's the case but remember not all redemption cards ever make it to production either. I remember doing the 2005 Upperdeck SPA Scripts for Success sub set. I had every card except 1. I finally pulled the last card (redemption). Never got the card. According to Upperdeck the player never signed any of the cards.
