According to Beckett.com:

It should be /250 but for some reason the Biggio #17 is the only card in the list for that series that Beckett OPG doesn't show as /250, however that could be an oversight.

This 268-card set highlights baseball's premier performers. The standard-size set is made up of 100 veteran players, 50 STAR veteran subset cards and 50 rookie players. The fronts feature full color action shots. The STAR subset cards (101-150) were seeded into packs at a rate of 1:10. The rookie cards (151-200) are sequentially numbered to 1500 but only 1350 of each were actually produced. The first 150 of each rookie card is die-cut and labeled "Turn of the Century" with varying quantities of some autographed. These cards were issued in 5 card packs with a $3.99 SRP which came 20 packs to a box and 20 boxes to a case. Cards 256, 263 and 267-271 were never released.
