2012 Topps Heritage came out this week and I like the looks of the cards in hand even better than I did in the preview. This is the first Heritage set I am putting together. I only put together base sets and SPs where I can. Don't care too much for inserts so I don't do many, if any, master sets. 2012 Heritage has me thinking about chasing some other Heritage sets. What has been your favorite Heritage sets just considering base?

Love them all. I became addicted to them the first year. I have cut back from the days when I would bust a case of them. Havent gotten any yet this year. Just havent had time to hit the card shop yet. Definitely my favorite product every year.

Thanks,

Jeff

Hard one! I really like this years, but then again,...all of them!

This is one set I look forward to each year, financially killing me at that!

I didn't touch last year's Heritage simply because I was never a huge fan of the "wood" borders in the 62 set. I definitly like the '63 set look. Lots of color.

It's also hard for me to decide which is my favorite. I will say that I got a couple blasters of 2012 Heritage and I instantly fell in love with them. Aren't they beautiful? I love the backs of the cards a lot.

The beauty of the design and the love they put into the cards outweighs how much I dislike the parade of head shots. On the other hand, I wouldn't want a bunch of action shots in a set that is supposed to mimic the old stuff.

Related issue: did they use Photoshop to put the new jerseys on the Marlins?

I think the back of the cards look just as good as the front. My favorite year has to be the 1962 design. This years set looks great though. They are both my favorites I guess.
