What size top loaders and penny sleeves ?

Any idea what sizes I need for game used for penny sleeves and top loaders

I tend to think gu start with a 79pt loader with a stretched out normal soft sleeve, then anything thicker will get a thick soft sleeve....I keep on hand 79, 108, 138, 168, 197 and I think 240pt loaders.....I do keep 59pt loaders as well, but usually use those for thicker stock regular cards....
