What's the deal with these 2010 Topps Walmart inserts

Found these in WalMart packs, but they're not showing in Beckett yet. What's the deal with them?

They're a Wal-Mart Exclusive that Beckett hasn't listed yet.

They are the 2010 Issue of the Reprint Red & Blue Backs. They fall 1:4 packs retail at walmart. I pulled one of Ripken myself.. They remind me of mini 2003 issues from series 1 and 2
