As feared I needed to update my traders for 23TC. Don't have the 12, 21 or 215. Sorry about that.
Here is what I do have (I will now update my records too)

I put the 23TC 6, 13 and 196 aside in case you wanted to add some of these updated list cards to get a deal done.
